COTTON WHEEL
A cotton wheel, also known as a cotton buffing wheel or cotton polishing wheel, is a type of polishing tool used in various industries for surface finishing and polishing applications. It is typically made from layers of cotton fabric that are tightly wound or stitched together to form a dense, cylindrical shape.
